Hybrid Event Success Story


INGCO International supports a widely-known global food leader through a 4-day international hybrid event for multilingual employees.

With eight languages and 18 virtual interpreters, the goal was to provide remote simultaneous interpretation to connect with multilingual employees attending the event.

Live interpretation in each room was managed through meticulous logistics and state-of-the-art equipment with our on-site team. Participants accessed interpretation through technology on their preferred devices, ensuring smooth client-interpreter communication.

Each day, for two hours straight, all three on-site breakout rooms needed simultaneous interpretation in eight languages.

To solve this, cameras and microphones where installed by the AV company. Sound quality was enhanced by replacing tabletop mics with individual mics. Each on-site room was assigned a dedicated remote technical support team, along with an in-house liaison to facilitate seamless communication.

The interpretation platform experienced a minor bug that slightly delayed the interpretation once.

Once the bug was identified, the issue was promptly resolved through collaboration with the platform’s dedicated tech support team, ensuring smoother and timely interpretation services for users.

Needed 18 certified simultaneous interpreters but wanted to be cost-effective and seamless.

We recommended virtual interpreters to avoid travel expenses. Our tech support team and assigned project manager managed all technical and AV aspects as part of service partnership.
