Educating staff about virtual portal used to meeting with patients during COVID-19 pandemic
We provided personalized instruction cards to help staff log on to the virtual portal used for sessions during COVID and videos to provide detailed demonstrations of the technology’s capabilities.
Training staff on how to use personal protective equipment (PPE) when meeting in person
We translated training materials and documentation to ensure staff understood how to protect themselves throughout the pandemic, while maintaining care continuity while meeting virtually.
