Job Description: Sales & Business Development Coordinator
Location: Remote (Latin America required)
Hours: United States Central Time Zone (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Type: Full Time
Reports to: Sales Leader
Job Summary:
INGCO International is hiring a highly organized, strategic Sales & Business Development Coordinator to act as the operational engine behind our Founder-led sales motion.
This role exists for one primary reason: So the Founder only needs to show up to meetings fully prepared and ready to lead the conversation, without doing any research, preparation, or follow-up herself.
The Sales & Business Development Coordinator fully owns all behind-the-scenes sales execution, including account research and planning, meeting preparation, follow-up, scheduling, CRM updates, and deal coordination. This enables the Founder to focus exclusively on relationship-building and executive-level client conversations.
In addition to supporting the Founder in strategic, large-account, and complex sales, this role will also own the top-of-funnel outbound engine, targeting pre-approved government and enterprise contract vehicles. The Coordinator ensures outreach, qualification, and meeting booking are executed consistently and strategically.
This is not an administrative role. It is a business development coordination role for someone who understands how strategic selling actually works and who thrives on preparation, structure, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced, services-based environment.
You will act as the strategic sales brain and execution arm behind the Founder, ensuring every meeting is intentional, informed, well-prepared, and part of a broader account strategy, not a one-off conversation.
This role will be hired in Latin America and requires excellent English proficiency, as you will communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients, partners, and government stakeholders.
