Sales Assistant Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and sales support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in time management, communication, and technology. This role requires a strong ability to independently multitask, prioritize, and take ownership of tasks while maintaining high accuracy. This position is within Central Standard Time business hours.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Assistance:

  • Assist with sales tasks, including lead generation, follow-up, and customer communication. 
  • Must have excellent command of ZoomInfo. 
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations within Zoho CRM.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports within Zoho CRM.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

 General Administrative Tasks:

  •    Conduct research and gather information.
  •    Create and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
  •    Assist with team PTO management. 
  •    Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
  •    Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience as a Virtual Sales Assistant or similar role. References required.
  •  Proficiency in ZoomInfo, Google Suite, Google Gemini, and Zoho CRM.
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Strong preference for familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operation System).
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  •  Detail-oriented and highly accountable.
  •  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  •  Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
