Project Manager Job Description
Accountability Chart:
– Client/Vendor communication
– Quote preparation
– Vendor Recruitment as needed
– Deliver projects on time, on scope, and on budget
– Excellent Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
– Ensure timely and efficient communication, both internal and external, to address their needs and concerns
– Manage your assigned projects in CRM and other necessary platforms from start to finish
– Create and send accurate Sales Orders and Work Orders promptly for your projects
– Financial Review for your projects/assignments
– Make informed decisions regarding assignments and resource allocation
– Recruit and test vendors as needed
– Ensure daily operation processes are followed and completed
– Escalate conflicts/issues to the Manager of Language Services in a timely fashion, where necessary
– Address and resolve any day-to-day operational challenges as they arise through assess, address, and resolve issues with limited help
– Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication
Role Requirements/Preferences:
– 2 years working as a Project Manager in the language services industry
– Effective communication skills
– Problem-solving skills
– Experience with Phrase/Memsource or Workforce OS/Atrium (preferred)
– Experience with Zoho CRM (preferred)
– Experience with Google Suite (preferred)
