We are thrilled to announce that INGCO International has been selected as an official provider of translation and interpretation services for the Northside Independent School District (NISD) in San Antonio, Texas. This partnership underscores a shared commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment where every student, parent, and staff member can communicate effectively, regardless of the language they speak. Language services for NISD is an integral service.

Through this contract, INGCO International will provide NISD with a full suite of professional language solutions, ensuring that all communications are clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive. A key concern for the district was securing accurate, non-machine translations, and our commitment to using expert human linguists in over 200 languages aligns perfectly with this goal.

Our language services available to the NISD community include:

• Document Translation: From district-wide handbooks and permission slips to individualized documents like IEPs and psychological reports, our team is equipped to handle the sensitive and specific terminology required in an educational setting.
• On-Site & Virtual Interpreting: We provide professional interpreters for critical meetings, including parent-teacher conferences, ARD meetings, and enrollment appointments. Services are available in-person, over-the-phone (OPI), and via video-remote (VRI) to ensure flexibility and immediate access.
• Digital Media Accessibility: To support modern communication methods, we offer subtitling and voice-over services for school videos, making district-wide announcements and learning materials accessible to all families.
