Founded by Ingrid Christensen in 2006, INGCO International is a language service company specializing in complex translation, interpretation, subtitling/captioning, and voiceover services in 200+ languages. They are ISO and ASTM certified and work with corporate entities and community-based organizations. They are a certified woman-owned company and run on the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
The Translation Production/Project Manager supports the Director of Translation to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all projects. Primary hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST; extended hours may be required. The individual is expected to be accessible via Skype, phone, and email at all times. Performance success metrics may include: on-time delivery of projects, rate negotiation, quality assurance, quality control measurables, etc. The ideal candidate has proven translation production and project management experience, possess a certificate/degree in translation project management, documented proof of Translation Management System (TMS) experience , and desktop publishing skills (DTP).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to all client requests
- Deliver all translation projects on time
- Provide regular project status updates to clients
- Maintain effective communication with clients and vendors
- Source vendors when necessary

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification/degree in translation project management
- 1+ year of language services industry experience
