Project Manager Job Description

Accountability Chart:
– Client/Vendor communication
– Quote preparation
– Vendor Recruitment as needed
– Deliver projects on time, on scope, and on budget

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
– Ensure timely and efficient communication, both internal and external, to address their needs and concerns
– Manage your assigned projects in CRM and other necessary platforms from start to finish
– Create and send accurate Sales Orders and Work Orders promptly for your projects
– Financial Review for your projects/assignments
– Make informed decisions regarding assignments and resource allocation
– Recruit and test vendors as needed
– Ensure daily operation processes are followed and completed
– Escalate conflicts/issues to the Manager of Language Services in a timely fashion, where necessary
– Address and resolve any day-to-day operational challenges as they arise through assess, address, and resolve issues with limited help
– Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication

Role Requirements/Preferences:
– 2 years working as a Project Manager in the language services industry

– Experience with Phrase/Memsource or Workforce OS/Atrium (preferred)

Duties

• Translate written content from source language(s) to target language(s) while preserving the original meaning, style, and tone.
• Ensure accuracy and linguistic quality of translated materials.

• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality translations.
• Communicate effectively to clarify and translation ambiguities or requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a freelance translator, with a strong portfolio of completed translation projects
• Proficiency in at least two languages, including fluency in the source language and native-level fluency in the target language.
• Excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation in both source and target languages.
• Strong cultural knowledge and understanding of language nuances.

Interpreter Job Description

We are currently seeking professional Consecutive and Simultaneous interpreters to work as independent contractors. INGCO is searching for interpreters available daytime, evening, and/or weekends. You set your schedule and availability. We are seeing a recent demand in on-site requests, so please note that you are available for on-site assignments in your submission.

Duties

• Provide interpreting services as an independent contractor
• When necessary, serve as a cultural broker between client and provider
• Perform duties in a professional manner
• Submit invoices within 24 hours of the assignment
